Room capacities

TermTime supports multiple capacities for rooms, based on the activity type. MyTimetable only supports a regular and an exam capacity for a room. To overcome this difference, MyTimetable will use the capacity assigned for the activity type with tags MYTIMETABLE_CAPACITY_DEFAULT and MYTIMETABLE_CAPACITY_EXAM when linked to TermTime. Assign one of these tags to an activity type to display the relevant capacity in MyTimetable.

The regular or exam capacity will not be displayed in MyTimetable if:

• There are no activity types with the corresponding tag in MyTimetable.

• There are multiple activity types with one of the tags.

Room capabilities

Room capabilities with a name ending in |NO_MTT are ignored by MyTimetable. This can be used to hide internal capabilities, only used for timetabling, from the room information page.

Timeframes

MyTimetable shows the Timeframes from TermTime as ‘Terms’ that can be selected by users in the list view or when making an export of a timetable. For TermTime version 7.7.0.269 and newer only Timeframes where ‘Publish’ is checked in TermTime are shown.
