Show message about synchronised timetables in the dialog that shows the status of the synchronisation

When setting up a synchronisation with Office 365 or Google Calendar, MyTimetable shows a helpful message to indicate what timetables will actually synchronise to the calendar. This message now also shows in the dialog that shows the synchronisation status:
